News from my end: we are expecting kodomo ni-ban in early October. Pretty excited to have another addition to the family. I've got some other news to spill but I leave that for an email directly. Keep in touch when you can, would love to hear about your job and the home. What part of Penn. are you in?
Well, hold on HJ... technically we've signed the contract (and we got a great deal), but the builder is great and I doubt we'll have any difficulties! (knock on wood)
We're set to close June 30th, that will give us two months to move in before our lease expires at the end of August.
